All deposits that are made are non-refundable on all orders. Because we have gone out of our way to order the products in for you, all store purchases will be refunded in store credit or gift vouchers ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong product. We will only refund or exchange within 7 days of the invoiced date if the item has been wrongly described for any services that are done on any computers; however, SOFTWARE PROBLEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY. Warranty is only supplied on hardware purchases/installations. For any data backup, we do not take any responsibility.
If PC’s or laptops are left here for a period of 7 days from the date of completed repair, there will be a $10 storage or late payment fee charged per 7 days for a maximum period of 3 months. After the 3-month period has ended, your PC will remain the property of JM COMPUTER REPAIRS.
We will not be responsible for any equipment left here for more than 7 days.
