All Customers Please Note,

All deposits are non-refundable on all orders, even though we have gone out of our way to order the products for you.

All store purchases will be refunded in store credit or gift vouchers ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.

We do not refund or exchange for a change of mind or the wrong product. We will only refund or exchange within 7 days of the invoiced date if the item has been wrongly described.

For any services done on any computer, SOFTWARE PROBLEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY.

Warranty is only supplied on hardware purchases/installations. We do not take any responsibility for any data backup.

If PCs or laptops are left here for 7 days from the date of completed repair, a $10 storage or late payment fee will be charged per 7 days for a maximum of 3 months. After the 3-month period has ended, your PC will remain the property of JM COMPUTER REPAIRS.

We will not be responsible for any equipment left here for more than 7 days.

We may charge up to a $80 service fee for our time to inspect your computer.

All EFTPOS and debit/credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.
